This week on my Youtube Channel I have launched a brand new video series. I will be taking well known exercises and coaching you through how to make them more fun, interesting and challenging to offer you better results from your workouts.
In this weeks video, I am starting with The Plank exercise. The Plank is a great way to engage the deep Transversus Abdominis muscle which is like a natural corset in the body. Once the corset becomes stronger, it improves our back strength and posture, flattens the tummy and draws the waistline inward.
Turn Dull & Uninteresting into Fun & Challenging
The problem with The Plank is once you have mastered the position for a minute or so, it's hard to know where to go next for improved gains. It can become dull and boring and the strength benefits begin to wear off once you get good at it.
