Build the Habit of Exercise with Micro Workouts

Do you wish you had more time to keep fit?

We often have the perception that in order to workout effectively, we have to spend at least an hour exercising for it to hold any value. Combine that with the trip to the gym, shower, hair washing, changing and getting home again and it's nearly three hours out of the day we just don't have.

Training doesn't have to be this way.

What is actually needed to produce great results is two key things:

1.  The correct intensity to promote muscle growth to tone the body

2. Consistency with your workout schedule

As a compliment to my 1-2-1 personal training services, I often prescribe Micro Workouts to my clients to complement our sessions. It's a great way to stay consistent with training without giving up your whole morning, afternoon, or evening.

In this weeks coaching video I show you how to build quick, results driven workouts into just ten minutes for maximum efficiency. This will then help you build the habit of exercise without compromising on your busy schedule.

In the video I explain in how to get started as a complete beginner with Micro Workouts plus how to structure your training if you are someone experienced who needs more of a testing challenge.
