Making Stress Incontinence a Thing of The Past

A weak pelvic floor muscle can be an embarrassing problem for both men and women alike, leaving you unsure of what to do to remedy the situation or who to turn to for help. Stress incontinence, prolapsing, back pain and leaky gut issues can all be a sign of a weak pelvic floor muscle.

With 25 years experience as a personal trainer and sports therapist, I created this coaching video for my YouTube Channel to help put your mind at ease that the issues you may be experiencing are common, you aren't on your own and there are things that can be done.

In my video I talk you through some of the issues which can arise with a weak pelvic floor muscle. I also show you a simple exercise to help develop strength into the muscle to eliminate weak pelvic floor symptoms.
