If you saw my last post 'Lose Weight & Boost Your Fitness: My Latest 20 Min FREE Total Body Workout Video' you will know that I have recently decided to begin creating workout videos on my YouTube Channel to help keep you motivated, focused and fit at home for FREE.
This week I have just published my latest offering which is a 20 minute Lower Body Workout. This weeks video focuses on toning and conditoning the entire lower body; The front and back of the thighs, the glutes (buttock muscles), the calves and those hard to tone inner thigh muscles too.
I designed this workout specifically for people who wish to workout at home, in the park, on holiday, or anywhere else without the need for workout equipment.
In this video I guide you through a warm up, followed by a series of body-weight strength exercises to tone and condition your lower body muscles. At the end there is a cool-down stretch to help loosen your muscles. At just 20 minutes this is a great workout which is easy to put into your day.
This workout video is the first in a three part series to help show you how to train your whole body over three workouts (known as a split routine). The idea being that you can then exercise three times per week targeting different body parts with each workout. The next videos on my list to create are a core centric workout followed by an upper body workout. These will all be doable at home without the need for any equipment and will compliment each other perfectly.
