Hi! In this post I wanted to share something exciting with you that I have been working on recently. Over the last few months, I have decided to go back to my YouTube Channel, start afresh and create lots of brand new content to help people stay fit and motivated at home for free!
Over the last week or so I have put my first workout video together and would love to share it with you. My 20 Min at Home Total Body Workout is a short (20 mins) intense little workout. I designed it to get people moving who may be time poor, just starting out or need help to rebuild the habit of regular exercise.
The video includes a warm up, strength, core and HIIT based exercises, with a stretch at the end. It is a fantastic way to manage a challenging workout into a short space of time.
