5 Bed Based Stretches When You Have a Lack of Space or Sore Knees

Just recently I was asked by one of my online coaching clients if I could help her solve a simple problem. She has to travel and wants to continue with the stretching plan I have written for her to help her sore knees. Unfortunately she but fears the hotel room will have a lack of space to perform the stretches properly. 

Solutions, Not Problems

The simple solution here is to use the bed as extra floor space. The soft bed will help keep her knees protected while providing enough space to stretch out in despite the floor being space limited. 

Inspired by the idea, I have created a short (under 60 seconds) little video to help you if you have a similar problem. Floor space in people's homes can be limited and if you also have sore knees, getting up and down can be tricky.

The exercises in the video are all simple and can be completed by anyone. Remember, when you are stretching, breathe into the stretches as that will help you relax and stretch more effectively. Also bear in mind, stretching offers the best results when done consistently. Stretching for an hour a week is less effective than ten minutes per day.
