Whether you are gym nut or brand new to exercise, these four exercises are fantastic for toning up your entire body and burning off any unwanted body-fat. This is a short, yet highly effective workout you can do at home, a hotel room or at the gym with minimal equipment.
HIIT Circuit Training
The idea is to work your muscles and elevate your heart rate by performing one exercise after another with as little rest in between as possible. Once the circuit is complete rest until you feel recovered and repeat again. Beginners can start with just one circuit, intermediates can work up to three circuits and if you are feeling super-fit you can work up to 4-6 circuits. This will push your heart rate up and force your body to start using fat for fuel while increasing your fitness and toning your muscles at the same time.
These exercises should be completed at a reasonable pace where you can maintain good technique for a specific time period. Check the technique advice to make sure you stay safe while working out.
Warm Up First
Remember it’s best to do 10 minutes of aerobic exercise to warm the body up before you start exercise. This can be in the form of a brisk walk, a jog or a run depending on your fitness levels. Also, don’t forget to stretch afterwards to take the tension out of the muscles.

Hi Danny,
I am doing the Plank every day now and fast walking for about 2 miles per day 7 days a week.
I am also eating very healthily. I intend to lose 4 stone for Charlottes Challenge, so I can’t give up.
I shall try the exercises on your blog
Thank you for your inspiration
