Having been a Personal Trainer for the past twenty five years, the most common question I get asked is 'What do I need to do to lose weight?'

This week I decided to create a short coaching video to help you understand what it takes to successfully lose weight.  I offer advice based on short term objectives and also to help maintain your weight loss into the rest of your life. 

In the video I explain how the most calories we burn per day happen automatically. How structured exercise is NOT the best way to reduce fat and what you need to do regarding your nutrition to achieve the best fat loss results possible.  

In addition I cover what actionable things you can do to begin (or continue) on your weight loss journey in the most healthy and productive way possible.
