Essential Guide To Push Ups: 20 Variations To Keep You Challenged

This post was inspired by a good friend of mine who asked me to write down a few different ideas for chest exercises which he could do while away from home on business trips.

I have been taking on board the feedback I have received about this blog from my friends, clients and regular readers. Something which is often requested is online video content. You asked, I listened!

This is my first video which I created to help offer some new ideas of how to train your upper body without the need for too much equipment, if any. I have incorporated 20 different types of push ups into this guide.  The idea is to hopefully help inspire you to have a go at some body-weight exercises which you may not have come across before.

Of course, these exercises are not for everyone, however, they may help inspire you try something new, to mix up your routine and begin facilitating new results by simply increasing your pace within your existing workouts.
