Make Backache a Thing of The Past
Being both a Personal Trainer and Sports Therapist I generally attract clients who, while wanting to get fit, also have historical aches and pains. These issues, are in most cases, caused by what I like to commonly refer to as 'Office Back'.
Long periods of sitting down can create stiffness and tension in the muscles which can then in turn, manifest as pain.
I have created a very simple exercise routine you can do in under ten minutes to help reduce the tension in your back which can lead to chronic pain. The routine only consists of three exercises and is generally designed to be done daily - consistency being the key ingredient here for success.
