Since 1998, I’ve helped women move out of postural pain, rebuild their bodies, find new confidence and help 'keep the old lady out' - mentally, physically and emotionally.  


My approach is gentle but honest.


Supportive but direct.

I believe women deserve to feel strong, seen, capable, and confident — at any age. 

I created Rise: The Lioness Program to help empower, enable and guide women to a place of strength and confidence in their lives. To show them that the impossible, is in fact possible.
