  • The Lioness Program is a 12-week, high-support online coaching program for women 40+ who want to rebuild their strength, energy and confidence in a way that feels realistic, compassionate and sustainable.
  • The program focuses on creating easy to achieve, weekly habits based on exercise, nutrition, lifestyle and mindset.  
  • The program is exclusively for small groups of women all with similar goals. The program provides the structure, support and accountability needed to ensure you achieve your goals
  • You won’t be shouted at. You won’t be told to eat dust.  You will be treated like an intelligent adult with a real life, real responsibilities and real goals.

How RISE: The Lioness Program works

1. Strong Body

Who is Behind RISE: The Lioness Program

I’m Danny Wallis – a personal trainer and corrective exercise coach with over 28 years working with real people in the real world.

Over the years, I kept seeing the same pattern:

Brilliant, capable women in their 40s, 50s and beyond…
Feeling like their bodies had betrayed them.
Feeling judged, ignored or overwhelmed in gym environments.
Feeling like the only options were “go hard or give up”.

RISE: The Lioness Program was created to give you another option.

A space where you can:

  • Talk openly about your body, life stress and the emotional side of change
  • Feel proud of what your body can do – not ashamed of what it isn’t

My job is to guide, support and challenge you – with honesty, empathy and a clear plan.

Inside RISE: The Lioness Program 

Our program lasts for twelve weeks and is set into three phases: Re-Ignite, Rebuild and Rise.  These phases are specifically designed to help you begin your body reclaiming journey from the ground up.

Every four weeks, we rotate through four types of workshop: Exercise, Nutrition, Body & Mind and finally, Movement and Wellness.  Each week, I will provide you with an actionable task for you to work on building a habit around. The habits are easy to maintain with the goal being to 'stack' habits weekly, create new behaviours and over time, a new, happier and healthier version of you. We use my private client app for you to track your habits (who doesn't love ticking boxes when a job is complete) and to help keep you focused and accountable. 

It doesn't matter how fit you are or how much experience you have, you will be looked after and supported.

  • Duration: 12 weeks
  • Structure: Weekly 1 hour online workshops for small groups. We use exclusive app based workout & accountability tools and offer varying levels of feedback based on the package you decide to purchase. 
  •  Exercise: In weekly workshops you’ll learn the exercises; our private client app then delivers your weekly workouts and keeps you on track.
  • Support: All packages offer group chat support and varying forms of 1-2-1 weekly progress feedback. This includes: Text based feedback (our Foundation Package, voice note support (our Rise Plus package) and full 30 minute phone / video coaching calls on our Rise Exclusive Package.  
  •  Location: The Lioness Program is an online coaching program, so you can be at home, on holiday, anywhere that suits

“I’m really unfit at the moment. Will I be able to keep up?”

Yes. RISE is designed for real women, not athletes. We start from where you are, adjust for injuries or limitations, and progress at a pace that challenges you without overwhelming you.

“Do I need access to a gym?”

No. Your plan can be designed for home or for a gym, depending on what works best for you. Simple equipment (like dumbbells and bands) can take you a very long way.

“What if I have injuries or aches and pains?”

With a background in Sports Therapy and rehabilitation, I regularly work with women who have back, knee, shoulder or hip niggles. We’ll adapt your plan to support your joints and build strength safely.

 

“How much time do I need each week?”

You will need time to commit to the weekly workshop and then a small amount of time daily to focus on the exercise plan and following through on the new habit creation. This program is more 'focus' dependant than 'time' dependant.  

 

“What if life gets busy and I miss a week?”

Life happens and we plan for that. I record our weekly workshops and will make it available to you so you can catch up between sessions. 

 

“Is there a diet plan?”

You won’t be handed a restrictive meal plan. Instead, you’ll get simple, flexible habit based guidelines that you can adapt to your preferences, family and lifestyle – while still seeing results.

“How do I know if this is right for me?”

If you’re unsure, apply for the program and we’ll have a no-pressure conversation about your goals, history and whether RISE: The Lioness Program is the right fit. If it isn’t, I’ll be honest.

"Can I get a refund if I change my mind?"

Because Rise is a structured coaching programme with limited spaces, we ask for full commitment from the start.

Once the programme has begun and access to materials and support has been provided, we’re unable to offer refunds or transfers.

This policy exists to protect the integrity of the experience and to ensure every participant is fully invested in the process.
