CLASS PRICES & HOW TO BOOK

TRY YOUR FIRST CLASS FOR FREE

I ask all my clients to fill in a health questionnaire and registration form before they start training with me. Once you have done this you will be emailed the Zoom access codes to my classes.

CHOOSE YOUR WORKOUT

My Total Body training classes take place on Tuesday and Thursday mornings at 10am - 11am.  You have the option to come to one or the other, or both!! Every class is different to keep things varied and interesting.

CHOOSE YOUR PRICING OPTION

I sell classes in small four week blocks. Once you have tried your free class, you can decide how often you wish to take part in the classes.  


You can choose either Tuesdays or Thursdays as your day to work out. The price is £20 for four consecutive sessions over the following four weeks. Payment is via balance transfer which I will send you the details for after your free class, should you wish to continue.  


If you wish to do both Tuesday and Thursday classes, the price is £40 to unlock all eight consecutive sessions.  


If you happen to start in the middle of a block, I will simply charge you the outstanding balance of the existing block.  Simple!
