1-2-1 Personal Training
I started as a trainer because of a passion I have always had for helping people. I aim to offer an unrivalled level of customer service and believe that my clients deserve my 100% attention when with me. This starts when I will take your coat at the door and wave you goodbye as you leave. I will even fetch you cups of water from our water fountains while you rest between exercises.
I build all my clients programmes from complete scratch based on gathering information during our consultation and our assessments together. During our sessions, if you present something to me on the day (a headache, a niggle or just having a bad day and your energy is low) I will tailor the session if necessary.
I also never deliver exactly the same session twice. I believe the body adapts best to variation and adaptation which if why every session with me will be exerso slightly progressed from the previous one - to ensure you stay moving forward toward your goals.
How I Can Help You
My 1-2-1 Studio
It was always very important for me to have a venue to physically train my 1-2-1 clients in. People are so much more motivated when they come to visit us - training someone in their front room isn't quite the same.
Our studio boasts a 2,200 square foot, open plan, fully equipped training space. The studio isn't run like a conventional gym, it remains exclusive for the clients who come to see us. During our 1-2-1 sessions we operate the front door on an appointment only basis so we can ensure our clients time isn't interrupted.
We have private changing and shower facilities with a towel service which our clients are welcome to use after their workouts. We offer water and sweat towels and have private storage bins to keep your belongings safe while you workout.

As a Personal Trainer with two decades of experience and a wealth of qualifications ranging from Sports Therapy to N.L.P Life-Coaching, I am confident I have the skills and expertise to help you achieve all of your health and fitness goals both safely and effectively.
From weight-loss to fixing a niggling injury, or from body transformation to curbing your desire for chocolate my skill-set is completely adaptable for my individual clients needs.

1-2-1 PERSONAL TRAINING PRICE LIST
Initial Consultation: FREE (Subject to availability)
Free consultations are strictly subject to availability and you are are under no obligation to pursue with buying sessions from me if you do not wish to. They are a great chance to get acquainted, for you to see the studio and ask questions and see if the chemistry is right.
One Single Session: £55 (One Hour)
These sessions are perfect for people who would like to try a 1-2-1 PT session without commitments or prefer to come to visit me on an 'ad hoc' basis. This allows you to workout on your own (or with me remotely with one of my online packages) with a one off 1-2-1 session normally every 6 - 8 weeks to reassess you are on the right path.
A Discount Block of x 8 Sessions: £400
This option is best for my regular clients who wish to see my weekly at a discounted rate.
AVAILABILITY & TIMES OF OPERATION
If you are interested in training with me, I encourage my clients to begin with a session a week to get started (unless you would prefer to visit me on an ad hoc basis). I then allocate you a recurring weekly space in my diary which then becomes your slot exclusively to allow you to build the habit of regular exercise. If you are sick, on holiday, or can't make it, with the relevant notice (12 hours minimum) you won't be charged. This allows you to build the habit of training into your diary and means I can work my other clients around you.
I operate at my studio at the following times:
- Tuesday 7am - 8pm
- Wednesdays 7am - 8pm
- Thursdays 7am - 7pm
- Fridays 7am - 12pm
- Saturdays 7am - 3pm
- Sundays and Mondays - Unavailable
It is very important for me to set my potential clients expectation from the start. I have a very loyal and busy client base who in some cases have been training with me since I started out 20 years ago. My diary is extremely busy and you may find I am unavailable on 'peak' session times (mornings, evenings and Saturdays). If this is the case, you can look into my Online Personal Training packages where I can work with you remotely.
