I have used 20 years of knowledge and continued education from training, nutrition and lifestyle management to create this unique fat loss programme.  Designed to help you understand the most effective, tried and tested methods for successful fat loss without any restrictive dieting. 

The Lose It For Life Programme is an 8 week course starting January 17th 2017.  The course focuses on teaching you how to lose weight effectively and consistently by adjusting your habits and behaviours toward food. 

In addition to helping you understand simple yet highly effective fat loss strategies, we also tackle common problems such as overeating, emotional eating, peer pressure, and how to balance bad foods without restriction. 

Each weekly session is two hours long and comprises of nutrition and life-coaching workshops to provide you with the most effective fat loss solutions, followed by a 45 minute group training workout which I have specifically designed for maximum fat loss and toning benefits.

 Personal Training Studio in the Blackheath Area

My business partner Paul Folan and I decided to go into business together in 2007.

Our aim was to create a training space specifically designed around our client's needs; a great location, well equipped with high quality equipment, spacious and easy to park, but also clean, air conditioned and exclusive. In the last ten years using ADAPPT as our venue has taken our businesses from strength to strength.

ADAPPT is not a gym you can join, it's a space solely for our clients who train with us 1-2-1. You can book your sessions with us directly. 

We do not charge for the use of the studio, just simply for our time. If you cannot make your session due to a change in circumstance, as long as we have appropriate notice, we do not charge you.  It's that simple.
