The Lose it For Life Programme is so much more than a weight loss course. I have spent the last 20 years as a professional trainer and nutrition coach helping people battle the psychological barriers that stop them from losing weight. I wrote this course to help normal, everyday people learn to deal with the emotional and habit based reasons we gain weight in the first place.
If we change your habits, we can change your body. It's that simple.
You will be challenged with changing one habit a week, which I will talk you through fully as part of our weekly workshops. The idea is that with each week, we will add a new habit to work on. These will be from portion control to self sabotage and emotional eating. By the end of the 8 weeks you will be successfully doing 8 new habit based behaviours - all designed for maximum fat loss and up to 14lbs lighter than when you started.
In addition, as part of our weekly session, we will do a weekly weigh in to keep you focused and to measure your results. Finally, we have our fun, weekly workout session at the end of the evening to boost your fitness and maximise your results.

My business partner Paul Folan and I decided to go into business together in 2007.
Our aim was to create a training space specifically designed around our client's needs; a great location, well equipped with high quality equipment, spacious and easy to park, but also clean, air conditioned and exclusive. In the last ten years using ADAPPT as our venue has taken our businesses from strength to strength.
ADAPPT is not a gym you can join, it's a space solely for our clients who train with us 1-2-1. You can book your sessions with us directly.
We do not charge for the use of the studio, just simply for our time. If you cannot make your session due to a change in circumstance, as long as we have appropriate notice, we do not charge you. It's that simple.
