15 Minute Workout Video: Boost Your Fitness, Endurance & Fat Loss!

By Danny Wallis Personal Trainer & Online Fitness Coach

July 3, 2016

For my latest post I have created a total body 15 minute workout video specifically designed for beginners who are new to exercise.

Considering the warm weather is (supposedly) on its way, I have been asked a lot about the best way to get fit for the summer months by those who have no real workout experience.

Interactive 15 Minute Workout Video

To help people new to exercise, I have created an interactive workout video. I coach you through a simple warm up, followed by a short (9 minute) but effective circuit workout. At the end we finish with an easy-to-follow stretch routine. Simple!

How The Video Works

This workout can be done anywhere. There is no need for any equipment as we will be using your own bodyweight for resistance. It works around a simple four station circuit where you exercise for 30 seconds followed by a strict 15 second rest.

I have designed this exercise programme to cater for what most people want during the lead up to their summer holidays. This workout will tone your entire body, burn fat and boost your fitness leaving you feeling refreshed, energised and that little bit more confident.

It’s a great kick-start to get you moving. I’m pretty confident most people can find a spare 15 minutes a couple of times per week… It’s more than do-able time wise.

Future Content

Moving forward, I would love to create a variety of interactive videos to help people achieve their personal goals. Many people who have read my blog over the past year or so have requested to see more visual / practical content. I would love to hear your thoughts from this workout video and how you found it.

Please let me know if you would like to see more workout/self-help videos? Are there any particular topics you would like me to cover in the future? Please let me know in the comment section below.

Thanks guys and I hope you enjoy!

  1. Brilliant ! I’ve been recovering from a whiplash injury, no pushing or pulling or lifting weights. It got to a point months later I felt it was lack of exercise, to tone or build supporting muscles, that was making matters worse. Planning workouts only triggered psychosomatic pain. When I saw this I opened the video and just did it and did it well. I’ve broken the cycle. My stomach core feels well worked out and monitoring the slower chest press I did was fine and comfortable on my elbows and neck. I got through all circuits and gained my confidence with exercise again. I’m going to stick with this each day until I know I’m ready for more. The instruction was clear and very motivating as is always from Danny. I want more, but know I should take it easy for starters and this simple, short workout is perfect. Thanks Dan !!

    1. Hi Sara, oh no I’m so sorry you have been injured! It’s great to hear you are back to gentle exercise though and I am thrilled my video is able to help you. Thank you so much for your feedback and letting me know how you are getting on. Keep in touch with your progress!
